Our passion for entrepreneurship drives us to create engaging partnerships that improve the lives of black professionals and business leaders across the state.

Values
The Utah Black Chamber's values are rooted in advocacy, representation and financial enrichment. Since our inception in 2009, we've wanted to cultivate a chamber culture that demonstrated our devotion to improving Utah's business community by connecting a pipeline of resources to underrepresented and minority owned businesses across the state.
We lean heavily on "Allyship", believing that if we all work together to create thriving small businesses and develop recognized professionals, we will keep Utah as the state with the best economy in the nation.

Advocate For Inclusive Policies
With a bi-partisan approach, we advocate for legislation that promotes small business funding and growth, particularly policies that address the challenges of Black business owners and professionals in Utah.

Our core focus is to provide Utah leaders and organizations the tools needed to achieve pay parity, a diverse ecosystem, and equal opportunities in the workplace.
